The maximum loan maturities vary depending on the use of proceeds.

  • Construction financing - Variable-rate loan with maturities from 12 - 18 months
  • Mini-permanent financing - Variable-rate or fixed-rate loan with maturities from 3 - 15 years with 15 - 30 years amortization.

Property financing consists of the following:

  • Property purchase
  • New construction
  • Construction with mini-permanent financing
  • Build-to-suit construction
